Shipping Policy
"All KONAJRA products are digital assets. Upon completion of your purchase, you will immediately receive an email containing a download link for your PDF building instructions and/or Stud.io (.io) files. No physical LEGO bricks are included or shipped. Customers are responsible for sourcing the required parts themselves (e.g., via BrickLink)."
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the download link has been provided, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Technical Guarantee: We guarantee that our files are technically sound. If a file is found to be corrupt or fails to open in standard software (such as MLCad or BrickLink Stud.io), KONAJRA will provide a functional replacement file within 48 hours.
